Failing Miserably

I am already failing miserably at ICLW. Why do I have so much to do these days? Between work, house, crafts, friends, cats, and whatever else occupies my attention I find myself lagging in the blogging world. It is at times like these that I can't imagine adding a kid into the mix. I don't know how people do it. And the longer it takes us the more things we gain in our lives the more I am in awe of those who have kids.
At times like these I think maybe someone is telling me that I am meant to do other things with my life.
Be a perfect wife and homemaker.
Be a perfect aunt to all our nephews and nieces (blood related and not).
Be creative and a crafty entrepreneur.
Be a good friend, sister, daughter, grand-daughter.
Be me.

You listed quite a few things that you have to be. So what is one more thing thrown in. You can handle it. I don't think you are reading the signs correctly.

Even the best moms feel that the day isn't long enough for everything. I hope you get your chance to be one of them:) ICLW

You don't have to be perfect at everything...that's the secret those of us with kids hold onto.

You CAN handle it!

I had the same thought this past week. Both my husband and I were really sick. I couldn't imagine having to deal with children at a time like that. But I know that we would make it some how or another. You tend to make room in your life for the things that are the most important to you.

I think everyone feels like this sometimes. I hope you get some to relax soon.

I guess they say that you figure it out as you go along. You will be just fine and able to do it all. We women are pretty resiliant. If not, there's always a large glass of wine waiting with a good friend! Hope your Turkey Day is fabulous! ICLW

I hope things calm down for you soon! I think being a mom is all a balancing act, and it will come to you when you need it to!

I am not perfect at anything I do. I just try my best. I hope adding a child will be just one more thing I do my best at.

Maybe if perfection isn't the goal you will find more time! ICLW!
